Dr. Rabun Fox joined Anchorage Fracture & Orthopedic Clinic in 2019 after completing advanced subspecialty training in foot and ankle orthopedic surgery through a fellowship at the Rothman Institute and Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Before his fellowship training, Dr. Fox received his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He later completed his medical degree and residency training in orthopedic surgery in New Orleans at Louisiana State University School of Medicine and Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. Through his combined education and training, Dr. Fox has developed extensive expertise in treating all injuries and conditions of the ankle and foot with a wide array of up-to-date techniques and protocols.
In his practice, Dr. Fox focuses on evidence-based surgical and nonsurgical treatments in a caring and compassionate environment. He is dedicated to meeting his patients’ needs and goals in developing comprehensive, customized treatment plans.
Dr. Fox was born and raised in south Louisiana, though his family has called Anchorage home for over 15 years. He enjoys exploring the great outdoors and traveling as well as hunting and fishing. In his free time, he plays guitar and likes to cook.
