After completing her advanced subspecialty training in hand and upper extremity surgery in 2019,
Dr. Fox is a summa cum laude graduate of Birmingham-Southern College in Birmingham, Alabama, where she also earned her medical degree from The University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. She completed her residency training in orthopedic surgery at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. After her residency, Dr. Fox sought further specialization in the hand and upper extremity and completed an additional year of training through a fellowship at the Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Fox enjoys establishing a relationship with her patients that gives them the confidence they need to get them where they want to go. Her approach and philosophy for patient care involve getting to know and understand each patient's concern and its effects on their daily life to develop a tailored plan to help them regain their strength and function using the options right for the patient, including comprehensive nonsurgical, surgical, and follow-up care.
When she isn’t seeing patients, Dr. Fox likes to stay active outdoors engaged in activities such as cycling, running, and hiking. She also enjoys traveling and fishing as well as waterfowl and upland bird hunting.
She is available to see patients at our Anchorage location.
