ANCHORAGE, Alaska (Feb. 27, 2014) – Anchorage Fracture & Orthopedic Clinic, located at 3831 Piper Street, Suite S-220 in Anchorage, now offers massage therapy. Patients in need of experienced massage therapy services are encouraged to call (907) 563-3145 to schedule an appointment.

As a licensed massage therapist, Shauna Taylor, L.M.T., M.Q.T., provides individualized massage therapy treatment plans to help patients reduce pain and improve health. Taylor specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, acupressure, thai, athletic and gua sha massage techniques.

“Massage therapy is an effective treatment technique for many patients who are suffering from an orthopedic or sports medicine-related injury or condition,” Taylor says. Taylor completed her massage therapy training at the Alaska Institute of Oriental Medicine, Acupuncture & Massage Therapy in Anchorage and has been practicing massage therapy for more than seven years.
