Special Interests: Mr. Faggionato is a certified physician assistant with a special interest in orthopedic surgery. He is active in providing surgical assistance to Anchorage Fracture Physicians with a focus on spine, total joint replacement and trauma patients. Mr. Faggionato also diagnoses and treats common orthopedic illnesses and injuries on an outpatient basis. He joined AFOC in 1999.
