| X-Rays X-ray facilities are located at our clinic for your convenience. Your x-rays are a part of your permanent medical record, which we are legally required to maintain. As with any medical record, the original will be kept on file in accordance with state statutes. For that reason we will provide the patient with a first-time copy at no charge. Duplicate copies will be made for a minimal fee. |
