Special Interests: Dr. Rhyneer is an orthopedic surgeon with special interest in sports medicine, spine and trauma. He has experience with meniscal and cartilage transplants as well as endoscopic disc surgery. He has been active in clinical training of family practice residents. Dr Rhyneer joined AFOC in 1999.
